Come see us in Moshi.
We are located in the Kilimanjaro Region, less than an hour from Kilimanjaro International Airport (with non-stops to Amsterdam). Many visitors to the area go on safari or climb Kilimanjaro. If you are planning a visit to Tanzania, please come and see us. You will see Africa as Africans do.
While you are in Moshi, Father Peter Siamoo will be happy to host you on local tours. A suggested two day itinerary includes:
- Upendo orphanage
- St Pamachius Special Needs High School
- Kilema Parish
- Kibosho Parish and Seminary
- Christ the King Cathedral
As part of your tour, you could meet with seminarians, students, priests and local residents. For a modest fee we could provide lodging, meals and meeting facilities at the Mwenge Retreat Centre, near Moshi.
Before or after you local tour, you can head up the mountain or out to the National Parks. Fr. Peter Siamoo will help with the arrangements.
